Richard Green has extensive experience in the non-profit sector. Richard served as the Director of NGO Recruitment, a recruitment service provider for non-government organizations and NFPs. During their time there, they recruited thousands of executives for over 500 organizations. Green also worked as a Fundraising Manager for international and domestic NGOs, including Greenpeace, UNICEF, and various Sydney-based charities. Richard successfully sourced major donations and increased charities' returns on investment through direct marketing and face-to-face programs. Currently, they serve as the Board Chair for 350.org Australia, a global grassroots movement advocating for a safe climate and holding world leaders accountable. Richard'sterm as Board Chair began in 2016 and is expected to end in 2022.

Richard Green attended TAFE NSW from 1985 to 1987, earning a Certificate in Real Estate.
