Katinka De Jong is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and content development, currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Lead at NGIS since July 2022. With a strong background in the geospatial consulting sector, Katinka has also held roles such as Talent Acquisition Consultant at Visser & Van Baars and Vibe Group, where expertise in staffing and consulting for business and marketing intelligence was gained. Previous experience includes content writing and translation at CiNet, office management at the Prince Claus Fund, and various positions that showcased skills in communication and customer service. Katinka holds a Master's degree in Political Science from Vrije Universiteit Brussel and has completed multiple certifications, enhancing career coaching capabilities. Educational experiences also include studies in European Studies at The Hague University of Applied Sciences and an Erasmus Exchange Program at Palacký University in Olomouc.
