Terry Speigner has had a long and successful career in the field of operations and management. Terry began their career in 1988 as a District Technical Specialist at Varityper, Inc. In 1993, they moved to Advanced Laser Graphics as an Assistant Field Service Manager. In 1997, they were promoted to Senior Vice President Operations at Arnold Worldwide and in 2002, they became the President & CEO of NGEN LLC.

Terry Speigner attended Dora High School from 1981 to 1985. Terry then attended John Tyler Community College from 1985 to 1987, studying Electronic Engineering. Terry has also obtained several certifications, including ITIL from Loyalist Exam Services in 2012, MCSE in 2002, and CCNA in 2001.
