Ibrahim Mustafa started their work experience as an Information Technology Help Desk Level 1 Student Employee at John Carroll University in 2020. Ibrahim then moved on to Union Home Mortgage Corp. as a Junior Technical Solutions Analyst in 2021, where they managed applications from third party companies and provided assistance for any issues related to them. In 2022, Ibrahim worked as a Web/System Developer Intern at Hyland, where they gained certification in the Nuxeo Platform and developed instances of the Nuxeo Web System. In 2023, they joined VeloceAI as a Software Engineer, where they automated the conversion of string-based responses from AI tooling into queryable and digestible data, connected responses to user queries for analytical purposes, and created data storage for guest users. Ibrahim is currently working at NgageContent as a Web Developer.

Ibrahim Mustafa pursued their education at John Carroll University from 2019 to 2023. During this period, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Computer Science.
