Jim Kennedy is an experienced technical manager with a strong background in architectural technology and project management. Currently serving as a Technical Manager at AC Land Regeneration Ltd since February 2024, Jim also holds the position of NG Homes Independent Board Member since October 2021. Previously, Jim has worked as a Technical Manager for Ambassador Living and Merchant Homes, and as a Technical Director at Keepmoat Homes, contributing to significant project developments from November 2015 to July 2021. Early career roles include positions as an Architectural Manager and Senior Architectural Technician at Robertson Homes and experience as an Architectural Technician at both Bett Homes and i10 Design. Jim's educational foundation includes an HNC in Architectural Technology from the College of Building and Printing.
