Kirstie Patterson has a diverse range of work experience. Kirstie started their career as a Business Admin Apprentice at Compass Group in 2009. From there, they moved on to work as a Mortgage and Investment Customer Service Advisor at Coventry Building Society for three years. In 2014, Kirstie joined Page Personnel UK as a Recruitment Consultant. Kirstie then transitioned to Staffline Group plc, where they held multiple roles, including Resourcer and Lead Resourcing Consultant. In 2017, Kirstie began working at NFU Mutual as a Direct Resourcing Consultant. Kirstie later became a Resourcing Business Partner and eventually the Divisional Resourcing Lead for Customer Services. Kirstie'smost recent position started in January 2020, and they are currently in this role.

Kirstie Patterson attended Tile Hill Wood Secondary School and Language College from 2002 to 2009. Kirstie then went on to study Event Management at Coventry University from 2010 to 2013, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree.
