Jonathan Grimes has extensive experience in IT management, currently serving as Technical Service Owner - Wintel and IT Team Leader at NFU Mutual since 2018. Prior experience includes a role as ITCC Service Delivery Manager at O2 (Telefónica UK) from 2011 to 2018, where responsibilities included overseeing day-to-day operations of IT services. Jonathan also held the position of Global Programme Manager at OASIS INTERNATIONAL from 2006 to 2011, leading initiatives for a global computer education program across multiple countries. Earlier roles include IT Consultant and Vendor Manager at Mizuho and Computer Centre Manager for Wycliffe Bible Translators in the USA, where Jonathan managed complex IT projects and large-scale network installations. Jonathan's educational background includes studies at the Open University from 1990 to 1992.
