Heather Jervis is a seasoned project manager and consultant with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at NFU Mutual since March 2023, Heather has also held the position of Director at Endcroft Property Ltd since September 2014, overseeing a family farm diversification project. Previously, Heather operated as a Consultant at Kitea Ltd, focusing on digital strategy and business change from July 2013 to April 2023. At Oxford University Press, Heather held two roles: Head of Editorial Digital and Process and Head of Editorial Business Processes, facilitating the transition from print to digital. With an early career starting as a Business Analyst at Druid and progressing through management roles at Deloitte Consulting and Ken France Associates, Heather brings a wealth of experience in project management and IT consultancy. Heather holds a BSc in Environmental Biology with European Studies from the University of Nottingham.
