Finlay Sinclair is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in agency development and recruitment within the insurance sector, currently serving as the Agency Development Manager for NFU Mutual's South West Region since March 2018. This role involves strategic development and operational management of the agency network, focusing on agency changes, expansions, and performance management. Previously, Finlay held positions including Agency Consultant and Agency Resourcing Consultant at NFU Mutual, contributing to agency investment and recruitment efforts. Prior to that, Finlay worked as an Account Manager at Vantage Resourcing Ltd, specializing in recruitment for the IT sector, and gained customer service experience at NFU Mutual. Finlay also played rugby for England under 20's and represented Bristol Bears in their academy while studying at Filton College, where a National Diploma in Sporting Excellence was earned.
