Michael Ongkiko, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in managing human resources across various industries. Currently serving as Managing Director and Practice Lead for HR Services and Consulting at NFP since August 2018, Michael oversees sales, account management, and profitability for over 500 clients, achieving significant cost reductions and operational improvements. Prior to NFP, Michael was the Human Resources Director for Salt Lake County, focusing on cultural development and HR initiatives for over 7,000 employees. Additional roles include Executive Director/VP of Human Resources at Cincinnati Metro, where Michael managed organizational development and change management, and HR Manager at Quad/Graphics and Takumi Stamping Inc., where strategic alignment and HR policy formulation were key responsibilities. Michael's career began at Contech, where management of labor relations and compensation planning was a primary focus. Michael holds a Master’s degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Cincinnati.
