Tracey France is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in diversity management, writing, and career coaching. As a Founding Member of nFormation since January 2022 and Owner and CEO of Warhorse of Words, LLC since 2007, Tracey offers a range of services including editing, resume writing, and ghostwriting. In addition to these roles, Tracey serves as the Chief Diversity Officer at the Millennium Challenge Corporation and previously held positions as the EEO and Diversity Manager at the U.S. Department of Labor and Diversity Program Manager at the National Science Foundation. Tracey holds a BBA in Marketing from Howard University, obtained between 1985 and 1991.
