Massimiliano Mariani is a seasoned technical support professional with extensive experience in telecommunications and network consulting. Since September 2019, Massimiliano has been with NFON as a Technical Support Professional. Prior to this role, Massimiliano worked at BT as a Senior VoIP Technician from June 2017 to August 2019 and also held the position of Senior Network Consultant at Alascom during the same timeframe. Massimiliano began a career in technical support at Italtel, where service was provided from September 2000 to May 2017. Massimiliano holds a degree from Scuola Normale Superiore, obtained between 1993 and 1998.
