Troy Magner has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades in the field of software development and management. Their most recent role is as the Director of Application Development at nFocus Solutionsâ„¢, where they were recruited to improve product quality, reduce support time, and enhance the company's reputation with clients. In this position, they oversee a team of seven developers and assists non-profit organizations with accounting, branding, and staff management.

Prior to that, Troy worked at AssetMark as the IT Director, starting off as a Senior Technical Lead and later being promoted to Manager and then to the newly created role of Director of Application Development. In this role, they managed a team of 20 developers based in the US and India and was responsible for developing internal software products as well as expanding offerings to consumers.

Troy also held the position of Director of Software Development/Architect at Crystal Solutions, where they led a team in creating a multi-tenant SaaS web application for tax payment management. Troy also managed the IT infrastructure for the company.

Additionally, Troy has experience working as an Architect on a short-term contract for the State of AZ, designing and implementing an automated hearing schedule system for the court. Troy also served as a Senior Developer on contract with General Dynamics, where they designed and implemented an SOA infrastructure and managed the development of external projects.

Other roles in Troy's career include serving as a TFS Administrator/Architect on contract with US Airways, Chief Technology Officer/Architect at Smart Systems, Inc., Senior Application & Database Architect/Developer at Ryland Homes, Senior Developer/Architect on contract with Red Eye Development, and Senior Developer at Comfort Systems USA.

Throughout their career, Troy has demonstrated expertise in software development, team management, budget administration, and project management. Troy has a proven track record of delivering successful projects and improving efficiencies within organizations.

Troy Magner attended the University of Advancing Technology from 1999 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Software Engineering. In 2002, they also earned a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification from Microsoft. Later, in 2007, they obtained a Certificate in Project Management from Boston University.
