Dave Summers has a comprehensive work history in the mortgage industry. Dave is currently working as a Sales Manager at NFM Lending since December 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Branch Manager at Envoy Mortgage from September 2015 to December 2022. Dave was also a Branch Manager and Licensed Mortgage Advisor at Perl Mortgage from May 2014 to July 2015. Earlier in their career, Dave worked at JPMorgan Chase as a National Lending Manager from November 2005 to February 2014, where they managed a team of 16 Nationally Licensed Mortgage Bankers and oversaw the origination of home mortgage loans. Prior to that, they were a National Mortgage Banker at JPMorgan Chase from September 2002 to November 2005, where they achieved Top 10% in booked volume and was elected a member of the Chase Leadership Committee.

Dave Summers attended Bowling Green State University from 1996 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Technology with a minor in Marketing. Their field of study was Visual Communications Technology. Dave also obtained certifications as a Loan Originator in various states, including Ohio in October 2015, Virginia in July 2015, California in November 2014, Indiana in May 2014, and Florida in April 2014.
