Viktoria Kristine Keyser Johannesen is currently working as the People and Sustainability Director at NFM Group since September 2022. Prior to this role, Viktoria worked at Forsvaret - Norwegian Armed Forces from August 2017 to September 2022 in various positions, including Seksjonssjef (S7) in the bataljonsstab 2. bataljon and Troppssjef in Brigade Nord. Viktoria holds a Master's degree in Executive Master of Management from BI Norwegian Business School, completed in June 2022, and a Bachelor's degree in Military Leadership and Landbased Operations from The Norwegian Military Academy. Additionally, Viktoria Kristine attended Hærens Befalsskole from August 2013 to August 2014.
