Justin Staples has a diverse work experience including being a Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual, President and First Vice President at NFLPA/RPFPC Former Players, Chicago Chapter, Outside Client Advisor at Mercedes-Benz USA, and serving on committees at RPFPC - Retired Professional Football Players of Chicago. Justin has also held positions as the President- Illinois Retail Division and Director of Business Development at Revolution Enterprises. Additionally, Justin has worked as a Professional Athlete for the Tennessee Titans and Cleveland Browns. Justin has also held leadership roles in Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. and briefly worked as a Park Manager at Champaign Park District.

Justin Staples attended St. Edward High School from 2004 to 2008. Afterwards, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2008 to 2012.
