Helen Thomas-Boland is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in ticketing and fan engagement within the sports industry. Currently serving as Senior Director of Ticketing, Fan Experiences & Events at the National Football League (NFL) since August 2016, Helen has held various roles with increasing responsibility at the NFL since February 2007, including Director of Ticket Operations and Manager of Ticket Revenue, Inventory and Sales. Helen's educational background includes a degree in Leisure and Sports Management from the University of Wales, Cardiff, completed in 2006, and prior education at Dean Close School.
