Sumit Shaw is an experienced IT and services leader currently serving as Vice President of IT Managed Services at Nfinity Global Inc. since July 2022, where responsibility includes global account ownership and service delivery management for critical IT functions, leading a team of over 200 professionals. Prior to this role, Sumit held significant positions at Cisco from November 2011 to May 2022 as Site Leader and Senior Manager, overseeing service delivery teams for major clients, including a global team of over 500 members. Additionally, Sumit served as Senior Manager at Aricent, managing the Cisco Technical Assistance Center, and as Team Leader at Concentrix.
