Francis Quinn has extensive work experience in the field of information technology. Francis is currently employed at NFI as the Senior Director of Cybersecurity. Prior to this role, they served as the Senior Director of Infrastructure and Operations at NFI. Before joining NFI, Francis worked at NextGen Healthcare for over two decades. During their time at NextGen Healthcare, they held various positions including Senior Director of IS, Infrastructure and Operations, Director of IT Ambulatory Division, Engineer, Hosting & Networking, and Network Technician / LAN & WAN Installation Coordinator. Francis also has experience working at Quad Micro, Inc. as a Computer & Network Technician and Assistant Service Manager.

Francis Quinn has a degree in Technology and Computer Engineering with a focus on Management Information Systems from CHI Institute-Philadelphia. Additionally, they completed a Master Certificate Program in Information Security Management from Villanova University. Francis pursued Computer Science at Delaware Valley University, however, the degree obtained is not mentioned. In 2014-2015, they furthered their education at Villanova University in the field of Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance. Francis also holds certifications in IT Information Library Foundations from APMG International (obtained in 2017) and Citrix Certified Administrator from Citrix (obtained in 2000).
