Bill Wolfe

Vice President - Transportation Management Integration at NFI Industries

Bill Wolfe has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Bill started their career at CSC Consulting, where they served as an Associate Consultant, working on multiple projects including an SAP implementation. Bill played a key role in stabilizing and maximizing the efficiency of business processes surrounding the new system implementation. Bill also provided training to client managers and engineers on essential SAP modules.

After CSC Consulting, Bill joined First USA (now Chase) as an Application Specialist. Here, they managed a proprietary credit card member retention application and participated in change management and marketing retention meetings. Bill also facilitated technical meetings for system changes and upkeep.

Following their role at First USA, Bill joined Elemica, Inc. as a Global Client Support Manager. Bill provided technical support and functionality testing for Elemica's ERP business-to-business solutions. Bill collaborated with clients, technology partners, and developers to identify and address software, network, and operating system issues. Bill then moved into the role of an Implementation Engineer, where they performed implementation and client onboarding responsibilities. Bill developed and managed schedules, test plans, and scripts, and ensured project goals were met on time and within budget.

At Elemica, Bill also served as an Implementation Manager, where they managed implementations of the Elemica Logistics Products and handled day-to-day account management for critical accounts. Bill successfully designed and facilitated client workshops for users of Elemica's Logistics solutions. Later, Bill became a Global Product Manager and developed global strategies for the Elemica Logistics suite of products. Bill successfully launched new generation products and implemented them for key clients and logistics providers.

Bill then joined CLX Logistics as a Senior Project Manager, where they managed and coordinated TMS projects. Bill was responsible for all aspects of the implementation, including process design, configuration, contract management, and reporting. Bill also led business process assessments and facilitated test planning and execution.

Currently, Bill holds the position of Vice President - Transportation Management Integration at NFI. Bill oversees the implementation process, systems, and operational system infrastructure for the NFI Transportation Management Division. Bill manages the Transportation Management Implementation team and ensures the successful onboarding of new clients. Bill also played a key role in designing and configuring the Operational Transportation Management System used by TM Operators for all accounts.

Bill Wolfe has a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from Susquehanna University, which they obtained from 1995 to 1999. Bill went on to pursue a Master's degree in Information Science from Penn State University, completing it from 2002 to 2004. In 2007 to 2008, they obtained a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Penn State University. Additionally, they earned another Graduate Certificate, this time in Supply Chain Management, from Penn State University during 2004 to 2005.
