Karen Topal, MBA, currently serves as a Client Engagement Executive at Networking For Future (NFF), managing key Washington DC SLED accounts since March 2023. Prior to this role, Karen spent over 14 years at Dell Technologies, where responsibilities included positions as Business Development Executive for Managed Services, Sr. Datacenter Solutions Principal, and Sr. Account Manager, focusing on service sales and technical education for federal clients. Earlier experience includes serving as Regional Account Manager at PMConsult USA, developing educational curricula for Fortune 500 IT departments, and as a .NET Developer Solutions Specialist at Microsoft, where notable sales achievements were recorded. Karen holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Delaware and a Bachelor of Science from Syracuse University.
