Mohan Krishna Ranganathan has extensive work experience in engineering and management roles in the technology industry. Mohan Krishna currently works at nference as the Senior Director of Engineering. Prior to that, they worked at HARMAN International India Pvt. Ltd. where they held various positions including Director of Engineering and Sr. Manager of Engineering, focusing on software delivery and engineering management for automotive infotainment systems. Before that, they worked at Altiux Innovations as a Staff Engineer, managing system software for M2M gateway products, and at P-Device Systems Pvt Ltd as the Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer, responsible for technical R&D and company operations. Mohan Krishna also worked at LG Soft India as a Senior Architect and Architect, specializing in protocol stack implementation and multimedia framework development for Android platforms. Mohan Krishna started their career at Sasken Communication Technologies Ltd. as a Principal Engineer, where they worked on software solutions for CDMA mobile phones. Mohan Krishna began their career at Infosys Technologies Ltd as a Software Engineer, developing web-based management and reporting applications. Throughout their career, Ranganathan has demonstrated expertise in software architecture, design, development, and integration, as well as in managing budgets, resources, and productivity.

Mohan Krishna Ranganathan earned a PhD in Electronics Engineering from the University of Galway from 2000 to 2004. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from UVCE between 1994 and 1998. Mohan Krishna'ssecondary education was completed at Vijaya High School from 1989 to 1992. Additionally, in March 2021, they obtained a certification as a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc.
