Gaia Cravesana is an experienced professional with a diverse work history. Gaia started their career as President of JECoMM Milano, a non-profit organization managed by university students. Later, Gaia worked as a Major Events Operator at EXPO 2015 S.P.A., where they gained experience in event management and collaborated with security and safety teams. Gaia then joined ThinkYoung as a Project Manager, where they coordinated various departments and was involved in writing position papers.
