Benjamin Alonso Amsteins is currently pursuing a degree in AI and Robotics at Staffordshire University, expected to graduate in July 2024. Previous experience includes working as a Student Support Clerical Assistant at Staffordshire University, where communication with international students and proficiency in Power BI and Excel were key responsibilities. Benjamin also served as a Sale Assistant at COMPLETE ENTERTAINMENT EXCHANGE SL, enhancing customer service skills and language proficiency while managing busy periods. Earlier experience as an IT Support Engineer at the Institution of Engineering and Technology involved working under pressure and improving hardware and software capabilities. Benjamin holds a Level 3 Technical Extended Diploma in IT from North Hertfordshire College.
