Dimitri Sogoloff serves as Chairman of the Board at Nexyst Digital, a crypto trading firm since January 2022, and has led Horton Point LLC, an alternative asset management firm, as CEO since September 2006. Sogoloff has contributed as a Board Member at Hedge Fund Investor Network since January 2019 and held the CEO position at DDX Technologies Inc from October 2018 to March 2024. Sogoloff's previous roles include Board Member at Paladyne Systems and Co-Founder and President of Alexandra Investment Management, where peak assets reached over $2 billion. Early career experience includes trading roles in global convertible bond arbitrage at LIT America and Baring Securities. Sogoloff holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and a BS in Civil Engineering from Columbia Engineering.
