Javier Leon has extensive experience in business development and management within the NDT inspection industry. Currently serving as the Business Development Manager and owner at All American advance NDT inspection LLC since October 2016, Javier also holds positions as West Texas Manager at Prime Inspections, Inc. since March 2023, and Account Representative at Precision NDT, LLC since August 2022. In addition, Javier is the Regional Solutions Manager for Nexxis and Sales Manager for Oceanscan Inc., both roles starting in 2019 and May 2018 respectively. Prior to these positions, Javier worked as NDT Manager at Legacy Safety & Consulting from October 2021 to August 2022. Javier holds an Associate’s Degree in Nondestructive Testing from Southeast Community College-Milford.
