Prior to this role, Pedro was an HR Business Partner at Grupo PINSA, focusing on recruitment processes and institutionalizing projects, and at GRUPO AYVI, providing strategic HR support across multiple locations. Experience also includes leadership roles at Petro Seven and PepsiCo, managing significant workforce sizes and supporting various sales channels. Pedro holds a diploma in Strategic Human Resources Management and a degree in Administration from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México.
