Jorge García Carcaño currently serves as the HR Shared Services & Payroll Manager at NexusTours since July 2022. Prior to this role, Jorge held the position of Senior HR Coordinator at Grupo Anderson's from November 2017 to July 2022, focusing on corporate HR and payroll responsibilities. Additional experience includes a brief tenure as HR Manager at Club Melia by Melia Hotels International and several positions at Grupo Santillana México, where responsibilities ranged from payroll analysis to HR administration and recruitment. Jorge holds a Diploma in Strategic HR Management and a Bachelor's degree in Administration from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México.
