Swati (Patel) Srinath is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and project management. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at NexusLeap since May 2021, Swati also founded The Perfect Substitute in March 2015, developing a luxury body care line and managing product inventory. Previous roles include Implementation Project Manager at Alchemy Systems, where Swati successfully led client project implementations and optimized internal processes. As Project Estimator at Ed Castro Landscape, Swati achieved $3.4 million in sales and developed training documents for the estimating department. Early career experiences include internships with the University of Georgia Office of Sustainability and the American Red Cross. Swati holds a B.S. in Environmental Health Sciences from The University of Georgia and a certification in project management from Austin Community College.
