Nathan Au has held various positions in the engineering field, starting their career as an Engineer at Kiewit before moving on to roles such as Civil Engineer at the City and County of San Francisco. With a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from UCLA, Nathan transitioned into management roles, serving as a Civil Engineer-Associate Water Engineer at the City of Fullerton and eventually becoming the Director of Field Operations at SouthWest Water Company. Nathan furthered their education with a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership from California State University, Fullerton.
