Customer Success Manager at Nexus Systems

Rlanda Mapp has held various roles in the customer service and operations industry over the past few years. In 2021, they began working as a Customer Success Manager at Nexus, where they manage a portfolio of 60-75 accounts and clients in the real estate sector. In this role, they are responsible for achieving assigned clients revenue growth and retention goals, demonstrating deep client understanding, and sustaining business growth and profitability. Rlanda also engages with customers regularly to foster relationships and influence positive client satisfaction.

Prior to this role, Rlanda was employed at Purple Communications, Inc. from 2018 to 2021. During this time, they held two roles: Supervisor of Richmond Operations and Customer Relations and Center Scheduler. As Supervisor, they managed daily community operations and collaborated with the Business Development Team to evaluate feasibility of contract sales and service deliveries. As Center Scheduler, they coordinated interpreters for assignments and assisted clients with questions or concerns.

In 2018, Rlanda also held a role as Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services at the Maryland State Department of Education.

Rlanda Mapp attended Towson University from 2014 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Deaf Studies.
