Viola Gjoni is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in financial management and reporting. Currently serving as a Senior Accountant at Nexus Pharmaceuticals since July 2019, Viola assists the Corporate Controller and ensures the accuracy of financial reporting in compliance with GAAP. Prior roles include Junior Accountant and Accounts Payable Associate, focusing on processing and reconciling accounts payable invoices. At Drugsource Inc from October 2006 to June 2019, Viola managed accounts receivable and payable while contributing to improvements in customer service and operational processes. Viola holds a Master of Science in Accounting from Northeastern Illinois University, a Bachelor of Science in Business Education from Fort Hays State University, and an Associate of Business Administration from City Colleges of Chicago-Wilbur Wright College.
