Malou de Gracia has significant experience in content publishing and customer service, currently serving as a Content Publishing Coordinator Admin at Nexus Marketing Agency since 2022. Previously, Malou held the position of Customer Service Team Lead at Accenture in the Philippines from 2013 to 2020, and worked as an Escalation Specialist at Teleperformance from 2004 to 2009. Malou is an alumna of the University of San Carlos.
