Rosy Khalife has diverse work experience as a founder, board member, advisor, executive, and entrepreneur in different industries. In 2013, they cofounded Surprise Ride, a successful toy company that was acquired later. Then, they joined New Enterprise Associates as Entrepreneur in Residence focused on a consumer health venture. Since 2019, they have led their own company, Launch Sister Ventures, as a founder advising on growth and innovation for tech ventures. In the same year, they also joined the board of Girls Who Start Organization. In 2021, they briefly worked as Chief Marketing Officer for Senseware.co. In 2023, Rosy will become Chief Operating Officer for Nexus Labs.

Rosy Khalife is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Gastronomy at Boston University. Rosy obtained their Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Providence College in 2013. Rosy also participated in the London Internship Program at Boston University, although the start and end year of this program is unknown.
