Joy Knutson, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Area Director of Human Resources at Nexus Family Healing, where responsibilities include planning, directing, and developing HR policies focused on legal compliance and talent strategy. Joy has held various senior HR roles, including Vice President of Human Resources at EPIC Companies and Director of Human Resources at Ohnstad Twichell and ShareHouse, Inc., where extensive experience was gained in strategic planning, compliance, and talent management. With a strong academic foundation that includes multiple degrees from the University of Mary in management and human resources, Joy has also contributed as a professor and facilitator at the University of Mary, teaching courses in Human Resources Management and Organizational Development.
