Jason Yates is an accomplished professional with a diverse background spanning multiple industries, including advanced recycling, telecommunications, real estate, entertainment, and environmental services. Currently serving as R&D Lead and Maintenance Supervisor at Nexus Circular, Jason contributes to innovative solutions in plastic recycling. Previous experience includes roles as a Wire Technician at AT&T and a REALTOR® with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, where strategic guidance was provided to clients in the real estate market. Jason has also contributed to various film productions, managing visual elements and specialty finishes, and spent over a decade in project management within environmental services. Jason's foundational experience includes serving as a Bioenvironmental Engineering Specialist in the United States Air Force, emphasizing health and safety in operational environments. Jason holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Phoenix and two associate degrees from Central Texas College and the Community College of the Air Force.
