Cyrena Raeder, MBA, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished human resources professional currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Nexus Circular since August 2022, where responsibilities include leading the human resources team in executing strategic projects and processes to provide world-class HR services. Previously, Cyrena held the position of Human Resources Director at Mativ from April 2019 to August 2022, a company formed from the merger of Schweitzer-Mauduit International, Inc. and Neenah, Inc. Prior experience includes serving as Talent Acquisition Manager at Printpack, where Cyrena led strategic talent acquisition and was the functional lead for Workday implementation, as well as roles in technical recruitment with Johnson Service Group, Matrix Resources, and Randstad USA. Cyrena's career began at the Directors Guild of America as a National Claims Representative. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources Management from LSU Shreveport and a BS in Microbiology from The University of Georgia.
