Monil Girdhar is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in educational technology and software engineering. Currently serving as the Manager of Operations at NextUpgrad since August 2022, Monil previously held the same position at GoGlobalWays.Com from April 2022 to August 2022. Prior to these roles, Monil co-founded StemBridge Labs Pvt. Ltd., focusing on enhancing the school education system through digital, student-centric teaching methodologies from 2016 to April 2022. Monil's early career includes working as a Software Engineering Analyst at Accenture, specializing in SAP BI, and serving as the Creative Head at Sustainable Horizon. Monil holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from Chandra Shekhar Azad University of Agriculture & Technology and completed high school studies in Geology/Earth Science at St. Vivekanand Sr. Sec School.
