Melissa Embrey is a highly experienced individual who currently serves as a Client Experience Manager at Nextt Group. Prior to this, Melissa held various roles at Focused on Care, including Senior Service Delivery Coordinator. Additionally, Melissa accumulated experience at Aruma as a Service Support Officer, Acting Support Manager, Advance Practitioner, and Support Worker. Melissa also holds a Cert III in Individual Support from Australian Academy. Melissa is currently enhancing their skill set through ongoing education at Skills Certified.
