Mr. Winchester served as the CEO of Chesapeake Oilfield Services, L.L.C and Seventy Seven Energy Inc. (formerly Chesapeake Oilfield Operating, L.L.C) from September 2011 until April 20, 2017. Prior, he served as a Senior Vice President of Oilfield Services at Chesapeake Energy Corporation., Vice President of Boots & Coots of Halliburton Co., and CEO of Boots & Coots, Inc. Mr. Winchester is a Director of the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum and a Director of Chesapeake Oilfield Services, L.L.C. He is a Member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) and the International Association of Drilling Contractors (IADC). Mr. Winchester holds a B.S. in Engineering Technology from Oklahoma State University.
