Guy Fichera currently serves as Vice President of Program Management at Boston Engineering, a position held since May 2024, where responsibilities include establishing and sustaining a scalable approach to program management, developing program managers, and supporting project execution through a blend of technical and management skills. Prior to this role, Fichera was the Director of Sensing and Control Systems at Boston Engineering from March 1999 to January 2020 and worked as an Electrical Engineer at BAE Systems from May 1996 to March 1999. Fichera holds an MBA in Technology Management from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, earned between 2007 and 2011, as well as a BS in Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, obtained from 1992 to 1996.
