Brandon Parduhn is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer engagement, human resources, and public service. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Engagement at NextRow Digital since January 2015, Brandon has successfully saved clients millions of dollars by fostering strong relationships and exceeding service expectations. Prior experience includes roles as a Business Development Manager at NextRow Digital, where Brandon focused on client satisfaction with Adobe Marketing Cloud services, and as an HRIS Coordinator at Medline Industries, managing employee benefits and documentation. Brandon's early career involved administrative duties with the City of Park Ridge, IL Police Department, and a Human Resources internship with the Village of Arlington Heights. Additionally, Brandon served in the US Army as an Ammunition Team Chief/Sergeant, overseeing soldiers during a deployment while maintaining rigorous safety standards. Brandon holds a Master's Certificate in Human Resources from Kaplan University and a B.S. in Business from Western Illinois University.
