Sonali Hanson is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Managing Director at Nextpoint Law Group since June 2023. With a background in various roles at Nextpoint since 2016, including General Counsel and Director of Legal Services, Sonali has expertise in intellectual property law as a freelance attorney. Previous experience includes working as a Legal Analyst at JPMorgan Chase & Co., focusing on corporate banking and contract compliance, and as a Mechanical Engineer at Affiliated Engineering, where architectural drafts were created for LEED certified buildings. Sonali holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Juris Doctor from John Marshall Law School, with additional studies at the University of Michigan Law School.
