Raymond Parvin has extensive work experience in the medical device industry, holding various leadership positions. Raymond is currently serving as the Vice President & General Manager at NextPhase Medical Devices, where they oversee the manufacturing of complex EMS and disposable medical devices. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President Global Operations at Weavr Health, focusing on the development and distribution of innovative blood collection devices. Raymond also held the position of Vice President & General Manager at Precision Coating, where they provided coating and printing services for medical devices. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Sr. Manager of Manufacturing Operations at Vicor Corporation, specializing in power conversion and management solutions. Raymond Parvin began their career in the United States Marine Corps, serving as a Squad Leader in the 2nd Battalion 6th Marine Division.
Raymond Parvin attended The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business from 2016 to 2017, where they participated in the Small Business Investment Alliance Program. During their time there, their field of study was Business Administration and Management, General. Prior to attending The Ohio State University, Raymond Parvin had not completed a degree but had some education in Business Management at Merrimack College and Liberal Arts at Northeastern University.
In addition to their formal education, Raymond Parvin has obtained several certifications. In September 2022, they completed the "20 Habits of Executive Leadership" certification from LinkedIn. In June 2020, they obtained the "SAP ERP: Beyond the Basics" certification, also from LinkedIn. In April 2020, they completed three certifications from LinkedIn: "Advice for Leaders During a Crisis," "Humble Inquiry: The Gentle Art of Asking Instead of Telling (getAbstract Summary)," and "Lead Like a Boss."
