Isabella L. has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Isabella 'smost recent role was as a Sr. Talent Relations Analyst at Nexton, where they managed the well-being of talents throughout their life-cycle with the company and provided data insights to ensure client satisfaction.

Prior to that, Isabella worked as a Recruiting Coordinator at Meta, where they provided an exceptional candidate experience and managed the scheduling process for global interviews. Isabella also built cross-functional partnerships, created candidate experience initiatives, and analyzed performance metrics.

Before Meta, Isabella was in the role of Global Talent Acquisition at Pacifica Continental for a few months, and prior to that, they worked at InEvent as a Talent Acquisition Advisor and an International Recruiter. In these roles, they performed global recruitment, advised managers on hiring practices, and participated in various HR processes.

Isabella has also gained experience in the field of psychology. Isabella interned at APAE, where they assisted in the development of psychological functions of children with disabilities. Isabella also interned at Centro de Psicologia Aplicada - UNESP, Centro de Psicologia Aplicada (CPA) - UNESP, and worked as an English Teacher at Red Balloon.

In addition, Isabella has volunteered at Centro de Valorização da Criança (CEVAC), where they engaged in weekly activities with children and provided support to the NGO.
