Minh Hoang has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Minh is currently a Senior Staff Engineer at NextNav starting from 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Nestwave as a Senior GNSS Engineer from 2021 to 2022, focusing on low-power GNSS, 4G/5G, Wi-Fi, and hybrid geolocation solutions for IoT. At OROLIA, Minh Hoang served as a Senior Navigation Engineer from 2018 to 2021, where they developed resilient positioning navigation and timing (PNT) products.

Before joining OROLIA, Minh Hoang worked as a Cifre PhD Student at EURECOM from 2014 to 2018, completing their Ph.D. thesis on "Cooperative multisensor localization for connected vehicles." Minh also gained research experience as a Research Engineer at CEA from 2014 to 2017, working on high-precision positioning for Cooperative ITS applications.

Additionally, Minh Hoang interned at Inria and IRISA-Institut de Recherche en Informatique et Systèmes Aléatoires in 2014. Minh also completed internships at Jabil in 2012 and International University - VNU HCMC in 2011.

Minh Hoang obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Télecom Paris from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2014, Minh Hoang earned a Master's degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from Université de Rennes I.

Before pursuing a Master's degree, Minh Hoang completed an Addendum au Diplôme d'Ingénieur in Telecommunications Engineering at Telecom Bretagne from 2010 to 2013. Minh Hoang's undergraduate education was at the Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, where they earned an Engineer's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from 2008 to 2013.

Minh Hoang's secondary education was at VNU-HCM High School for the Gifted, where they received a High School Diploma in Physics from 2005 to 2008.

In addition to their formal education, Minh Hoang has obtained several certifications.
