Thiers Santos is currently the Partner for the Americas at 99x, a technology company specializing in co-creating innovative digital products. Prior to this role, Thiers founded and serves as the Director of Nextly, a top-ranked software development company in Brazil. Additionally, Thiers is a Partner for Brazil at Seeds Consulting AS, a consultancy firm based in Oslo, Norway. Thiers has extensive experience in software engineering, having worked as a Professor at FAVI - Instituto de Ensino Superior, a Software Engineer at Visendi and Vixteam Consultoria & Sistemas, and as a member of the Corporate Relations Team at AIESEC. Thiers holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo.
