David Ramsland has a strong background in manufacturing, with their most recent role being the Senior VP Global Manufacturing at Cel-Fi by Nextivity, a position they have held since July 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Manufacturing also at Cel-Fi by Nextivity. Before joining Cel-Fi, Ramsland was the Director of Account Management and Engineering Services at Elcoteq from 2006 to 2008. David also held senior roles at Kyocera Wireless Corp., where they were the Sr. Director of Manufacturing from 2003 to 2006, and at Qualcomm, where they served as the Sr. Director of Manufacturing from 1996 to 2003. Ramsland began their career at Harris as the Director of Manufacturing and worked there from 1983 to 1996.

David Ramsland attended Northwestern University from 1969 to 1973, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
