Before Nexthink, Valentina worked at Temenos, where they held various roles including Global Sales Operations Lead, EMEA Financial Analyst, Management Reporting Team Leader, and Third Party Products Financial Analyst. In these positions, they were involved in sales reporting, data analysis, financial reviews, and coordinating global teams. Valentina also has experience working at Ubisoft as a Cost Controller and IT Business Analyst, where they handled budget planning, financial reporting, project management, and application support. Valentina started their career at Top Brands Distribution as a Treasury Accountant and Data Entry Clerk, focusing on cash flow management and transaction processing.

Valentina B. started their education in 2005 at Academia de Studii Economice din București, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in International Business and Economics. Valentina graduated in 2008.

Afterwards, Valentina continued their studies at the same institution and undertook a Master's degree in Management of International Projects from 2008 to 2010.

Currently, as of 2012, Valentina is pursuing an ACCA qualification in Accounting and Finance, which is still in progress.
