Cyrielle Cettour-Baron has a diverse work experience in the field of HR and payroll. Cyrielle started their career as a Recruitment Assistant at Manpower in 2009 and then worked as an HR Assistant at Bosch Rexroth from 2010 to 2013. Cyrielle also had a role as a Payroll Officer at BASF in 2013. From 2014 to 2018, they served as an EMEA Payroll Analyst at Autodesk, where they handled payroll and administrative tasks for multiple countries. After a parental leave from 2018 to 2019, they joined Nexthink as an HR Operations Specialist. In this role, they provided HR and payroll support for subsidiaries in Switzerland, France, Spain, and Germany. In 2021, they transitioned to the role of HR Representative at Nexthink, where they provided support to HR activities in the EMEA region and acted as a front line support for employees. Throughout their career, they demonstrated expertise in areas such as employee relations, HR policies, payroll management, and compliance with local regulations.
